Orders & Support

When will orders ship?

Orders ship within 2–3 days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Once my order ships, how long will it take to arrive?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your Playfeels box is on its way.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is applied at checkout in accordance with state and local regulations. The exact amount will be calculated based on your shipping address.

How much does shipping cost?

During the pre-order period: shipping is free for everyone.

After pre-orders, shipping will be calculated by region at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

What if my Playkit arrives defective or damaged?

Please send a photo to hello@playfeels.com and we’ll send you a free replacement right away.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

What ages are Playfeels kits designed for?

Our kits are designed for children ages 3–7. They’re perfect for the early years when social-emotional foundations are being built, but older siblings often love joining in too.

Do you offer instructions on how to use the tools?

Absolutely. Each kit comes with a printed guide plus a QR code that links to a short video with expert insights so you feel confident using the tools at home.

Will you release more Playkits?

Yes. The Starter Playkit is the first in a series. Additional Playkits are coming soon, and pre-order options will be announced on our website.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Currently, Playfeels offers a one-time purchase for the Starter Playkit. Subscriptions will be available in the future as the product line expands.
